Anyone know what happened at 1724 Palisade Ave, on the corner of 17th?
Saw this building a while ago and also noticed it was marked to be condemned. Woke up early today to see the street blocked of and a construction crew knocking it down.
Inside was empty and clearly a lot of new work and unpainted drywall still in the building. Very curious as to what happened.
